Ruggero Trevisan joined Altus in October 2009. 2008 ADDITION: Rick Behenna joined Altus in February 2008. 2007 ADDITION: Richard Cooper joined Altus in November 2007. 4 NEW MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENTS: Altus has entered into Master Service Agreements with 4 major oil companies to provide on-demand engineering services and training for drilling and well design applications. TRAINING CONTRACT: Altus has entered into an agreement with 2 major oil company to provide worldwide training of the company’s proprietary software, as well as its commercial software, for drilling and well design applications. CASING DESIGN MANUALS: Altus has developed a Casing Design Manual for both standard and critical wells that can be tailored to a company’s specific guidelines and practices. A new concept for managing the design process is formulated in terms of “Levels of Design”. The Levels depend on well complexity and degree of analysis required by corporate management.
